Running a report that returns multiple Excel worksheets (Flow Mode) runs into performance issues

      When an issue is open, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys a target, not necessarily a commitment. When an issue is closed, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys the version that the issue was fixed in.

      Description

      Running the attached reports in 6.0.0 creates a performance issue where there is the need to allocate 10 GB of RAM to Xms in order to complete the report.

      The same reports complete in less than 2 minutes with Xmx=512M on 5.0.0.1

      This video shows the same report running on 5.0.0.1 with Xmx=512M and the report renders in less than two minutes (The video is 2:18)

      This video shows the report in 5.1.0.0 running with Xmx=512 and the report is even faster than 2 minutes; however here we run into PRD-5268 yet the report runs rather faster with the minimum memory allocated to it

      In order to complete this report we have to allocate more than 10GB of RAM for Xmx
