Appearance difference in Report Output Formats (RTF,EXCEL)

      When an issue is open, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys a target, not necessarily a commitment. When an issue is closed, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys the version that the issue was fixed in.

      Description

      When We run a report as well as a report having sub report in different formats(like PDF, RTF & Excel etc formats), we have few alignment issues with the generated outputs.
      Below are few of them listed:
      1. Missing of Page Header Border in Excel Format.
      2. Additional Line Space showing up Page Header for RTF Format.
      Please find the attachments.
      3. Background color of the labels are not rendered properly in excel.
      4. The borders applied to the columns are also missing.
