      Description

      When reports are rendered by IE8 (and probably other version) the column widths are sometimes not pixel perfect. See the attached screenshot. The two column's widths are 50% and are properly set in the table's column styles as: width: 306pt:

      <table style="width: 612pt;" cellSpacing="0" cellPadding="0">
      <colgroup>
      <col style="width: 306pt;"/>
      <col style="width: 306pt;"/>
      </colgroup>
      ...
      </table>

      Adding "table-layout:fixed" to the table style causes IE to properly render the column widths but this can will cut off any content of a column that doesn't fit within the width.
