Horizontal scroll bars do not appear in IE when using custom landscape layout and parameter-layout equal to horizontal

      When an issue is open, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys a target, not necessarily a commitment. When an issue is closed, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys the version that the issue was fixed in.

      Description

      Attached is a prpt against sample data with the following attributes:

      My resolution is 1920 x 1200. You can adjust yours accordingly.

      1. No data query necessary.
      2. Create a prpt with many Parameters.
      3. Set the Page Layout to Custom and take note of the settings.
      4. Set layout to Landscape.
      5. Set the parameter-layout to horizontal.
      6. Publish the report.
      7. Note that the last parameter is 'cut'; not completely on screen. Closing the solution browser helps, but with additional parameters, I would need scroll bars to see them. Add another parameter if you need to.
