      Description

In the Closure step, you have the option to set "Root is zero ".
This is a good option as most databases start at 0 for an autoincrement field.
However an autoincrement field in Mysql starts at 1, so having the possibility to have this step work with the value 1 would be a significant improvement for Mysql users.

This could be done in 2 way's :
      1) add an extra check box "Root is One" or
      2) reuse the "Root is zero " check box and use the value 1 if the database connection is going to a Mysql database
