Put a file with FTP: "Check Folder" functionality fails when folder has Japanese characters

      When an issue is open, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys a target, not necessarily a commitment. When an issue is closed, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys the version that the issue was fixed in.
    • Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a folder in the FTP server with Japanese characters (for eg:  転送)
      2. Open PDI, create a new Job and add the Put a file with FTP job entry
      3. Open job entry properties, configure valid FTP connection details and set Control Encoding as UTF-8
      4. Under Files tab set the Remote Directory with the folder you want to check (containing the Japanese characters) and press the Check folder button

      Actual Result

      A popup with Error is displayed (as below)

      Issue seems to be equivalent to the one reported in PDI-18990 for Get a file with FTP job entry.
