      When an issue is open, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys a target, not necessarily a commitment. When an issue is closed, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys the version that the issue was fixed in.

      Description

      This request is to determine the character code of the CSV file before processing it.

      We know that we can use the Calculator step and use the option, Get encoding of file A to find out the character code.

      But if the csv file contains the SJIS encoded character, the result is displayed as UTF-8.
