Request for the ability to select multiple objects in the slave server status view in PDI

Currently when viewing the slave server status view in PDI, you can only select one object at a time.  This makes removing multiple objects from the list very tedious and time consuming, particularly when you have a large amount you need to remove.  This also applies to other options such as Start, Pause, and Stop.

Users would like the ability to select multiple objects (not necessarily all objects) so they can remove, start, pause, or stop multiple objects at the same time.
