PDI Text file input: Ability to read the encoding type from the startup script instead of forcefully specifying it at the step level.

      When an issue is open, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys a target, not necessarily a commitment. When an issue is closed, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys the version that the issue was fixed in.

      Description

      Currently when reading a text file UTF-8 characters like Japanese, we have to force the encoding type at the step level even though the encoding type is defined in the startup script.

      We would like to have a feature to read these encoding type from the startup scripts.
