csv output step uses semi colon, csv input step uses comma

      When an issue is open, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys a target, not necessarily a commitment. When an issue is closed, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys the version that the issue was fixed in.

      Description

      CSV output step has semicolon as default field seperator, while the csv input step has a comma. It should both be comma (I think), but at least they should be the same. At this moment if you output a csv in one step and read it in another step, you have to change one of the seperators.
