      Description

The problem behaviour can be replicated using the attached files.

      • Create the test tables using the file test_sql.txt.
      • Build the closure table using the transformation closure.ktr.
      • The sample schema is org_chart_test.xml
      • Modify the schema to point to the tables build on your test database.
      • Publish to the BI server.
      • Open Analyzer to build new report.
      • Drag over the dimension level Org Chart to the canvas.
      • You see three items.
      • Right click on the column and select Filter.
      • Select 'White House' as the filter value and click ok.
      • This only shows 'White House'.
      • Repeat with 'OMB' and it says there is no valid data.
      • If you change the filter to use 'Match a specific string' and type in 'OMB'
      • Then, the 'OMB' entry is displayed.
