      Description

      Allow gzip compressed XMLA requests.

Client should just set 'content-coding = gzip' and "accept-encoding : gzip" in the HTTP header. See Tomcat config: see "Standard Implementation" in http://bit.ly/KxGBf

Client needs to compress request content and decompress result. But servlet engine (e.g. tomcat) should do most if not all on the server side.

Also need to change olap4j XMLA driver to enable compression if it is talking to mondrian of sufficiently high version.
