      Description

SSAS 2005 allows hierarchies of the same dimension to be used in independent axes. Mondrian should do the same.

For example, in SSAS you can crossjoin [Time].[Month].members against [Time].[Week].members. This is particularly important with attribute hierarchies: hierarchies can be very loosely related, and almost indepependent: e.g. [Customer].[Gender].Members on columns, [Customer].[Marital Status].Members on rows.

This has been on the roadmap for some time. We intended to do it for mondrian-3.1 but never quite got to it. I think there may be an issue logged already, and if so, mark this as a dup.

Issue MONDRIAN-340 is related. Using the same hierarchy twice (in a crossjoin, or on independent axes) should remain an error.
