Closure tables - non numeric keys break closure?

      When an issue is open, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys a target, not necessarily a commitment. When an issue is closed, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys the version that the issue was fixed in.

      Description

      I created a parent child hierarchy with a closure table where all keys are varchar

      Somehow mondrian couldn't build up the hierarchy and would spit out a gazillion of :
      16:43:29,598 WARN [SqlTupleReader] The level [Product Category].[Product Category] makes use of the 'parentColumn' attribute, but a parent member for key werkzeug-reininungswerkzeug is missing. This can be due to the usage of the NativizeSet MDX function with a list of members form a parent-child hierarchy that doesn't include all parent members in its definition. Using NativizeSet with a parent-child hierarchy requires the parent members to be included in the set, or the hierarchy cannot be properly built natively.

      It ended up adding some child nodes correctly to a parent, and most of them incorrectly at e.g. the root node, because it couldnt find the parent member

      I checked the table and the contents looked fine to me.
      Then I added numeric ID keys to the columns and adapted the mondrian schema accordingly and suddenly the parent child hierarchy started to work.

      I was testing this with trunk snapshot on 2-APR-2013
