Cascading Parameters values are cached taking time to refresh based on new selection

      When an issue is open, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys a target, not necessarily a commitment. When an issue is closed, the "Fix Version/s" field conveys the version that the issue was fixed in.

      2 - Upload the attached metadata-f.xmi
      3 - Upload the attached report myFoodmartCustomer.prpt
      4 - Change the parameters accordingly

      Description

      Cascading Paremeters retain previously selected values even after changing the current selection; please see attached video:

      This happens when the report uses a metadata model as a datasource for the parameter queries as well as the main query
