quartz runs a kettle job before Pentaho is started completely causing a " RepositoriesMeta - java.lang.NullPointerException"

            Description

            Define an xaction that runs a Kettle job. Pentaho has to be configured so the Kettle repository is NOT file based but database based.
            Schedule this xaction to run every 20 seconds.
            Restart Pentaho and you will notice errors like " RepositoriesMeta - java.lang.NullPointerException"
