      Description

In 5.0 we can't create folder at the root level(Public or Home) using Pentaho User Console(PUC). In 4.8 we had this functionality available where the user was able to create folder at the root level by just right clicking on a empty solution browser area and selecting a new folder option.

      UX Note - 3/11/2014:
Attached is the zipped up version of the UX recommendations. Please read the instructions within the prototype to know where the clickable areas are as well as specs in certain areas.

The clickable hotspot area in the folder column will need at least a minimum height of 80 pixels of empty space below the Trash for the user to be able to select empty space. This will be whether this column has alot of items or a few items.
