Changing Report Description causes RDW to display the prompt "Chainging the template on an existing report may reset some report settings. Continue?" This doesnt seem necessary.

I am not changing the template, I am changing the description, so why prompt about the template?

To reproduce:
Start the RDW from the Report Designer
on page one, enter text for the Report Description, and select a template. Click Next.
Click Back
Change the Report Description.
Click Next
You should get the prompt.

I attempted a reproduction in the 1.7.1 release, and I also built the 1.7.1 Report Designer from the 1.7 branch, and I could not reproduce this.
