Designing the rounded rectangle using rectangle and setup the arc-height and arc-width attributes with certain value, for example 45. This rounded rectangle will be able to display in PDF format but not in HTML format. When it viewed in HTML format, the rounded rectangle become rectangle without the curve.
Please refer to the attachment on the sample for display rounded rectangle.

Do they use IE? In that case, they will NOT see anything like rounded corners as IE does not support that sort of stuff. Only Mozilla Browsers support it.
If IE then close case as "Wont fix"

The customer is using Firefox 3.6.18 version not IE.

        Thanks,

The settings are saved. But the HTML export does not support round corners at the moment. Making it accept such things will be a major operation. Changes to the layouter are never easy and with only 3 more days to go for the deadline this case will most likely end up in 4.0.

Applied rounded corners to HTML exports. This can be disabled via a configuration setting as tables and rounded corners do not necessarily work well together. Nesting rounded rectangles into otherwise coloured background will make the outside of the rounded border-corner transparent and ultimately leaks the white background through it. This is a side effect of the use of tables for layouting and is not fixable unless we fix the way HTML is rendering tables. Complain to your favourite browser manufacturer or the W3C for that.

Note that there is no fix for Version 1.6 as this version is dead. JIRA does not allow to change the Fix for Version field to a sane value.
