Need toolbar above email attachments table, for greater usability.

    On the email details page in the action sequence editor there is a table that the user can use to add attachments to the email. It is not at all obvious how to add attachments to this table. Currently the table only supports drag and drop from the inputs/actions/outputs tree onto the table. To facilitate easier attachments use a toolbar should be added above the email attachments table. The toolbar should have a "+" and "x" button which allows the user to add and remove attachments to the email.
