Add "Limit number of rows" to WriteToLog step

Description

Per http://pedroalves-bi.blogspot.pt/2013/01/debugging-kettle-tasks-in-mapreduce.html , I want to be able to use the WriteToLog step without worrying that I'll hose the system with a lot of logging.

I'd like the ability to say that I only want to output N lines
