Improvement on how errors are handled in Ingres VectorWise Bulk Loader step

      Description

Currently, in this step, if you were to uncheck the "Use Continue On Error Option" setting, the "Error Filename" and "Max number of errors to ignore" fields are greyed out. This means that if an error in a row is detected, the step will fail completely without writing to an "error file".

When unchecked, we should still allow the error rows to be written to an "error file" even though the step itself fails.

The UI works correctly in 4.8.1

Does anyone have an example of an error row so I can test a few scenarios? I tried exceeding the length of a varchar, but the data is truncated silently.
