      Description

Currently, Instaview writes user data (projects folder & registry.xml) to the Kettle install directory. On Windows, they don't automatically have permission to do that. Plus, it's not good practice to write user data there anyway.

      To fix:

Move the stuff we need to write to (projects folder & registry.xml) to the .kettle folder. This will also be a better upgrade scenario for users.

we are now writing the registry.xml file to ~/.kettle/registry.xml and the projects folder is now in ~/.kettle/instaview/projects.
