      Description

      We deliberately format negative numbers differently than SSAS 2005 to be compatible with the behavior that JPivot expects.

        We should fix JPivot (and other clients) to work with the SSAS-compatible behavior, then revert Mondrian's behavior to match.

        That means that JPivot needs to render strings like

          -|3.4%|style=red|

        correctly.

        Also as part of SSAS compatability. SSAS strips out single-quotes in the format string (presumably returning any formatting characters like # as is), whereas leaves them.
