    I'd like to be able to have some XML tags that allow the suppression of URL links in generated charts. I'd like the ChartComponent to continue to generate the MAP (so that we can get the hovers) but suppress the links.

    Some charts don't need to link. In fact, in AJAX use cases we really need them NOT to.
